Panel Staff Accounts

Helper.gg has a feature called "Staff Accounts" where you can give permissions for members of your staff team to modify things on the panel.

This is to allow access to the panel, so staff can view tickets and modify variables for the bots. If you need to give your staff permission, you can check out the below guide;

Web Panel Staff Accounts

To setup a Staff account, go to the "Staff Accounts" Tab (Seen in the Image Below)

Now, click the "Add Staff" button in the top right (Seen in the Image Below)

Now, paste the ID of the user you would like to add as staff into the input box and then click "Submit". (See Image Below)

From here, you can modify what the staff member can do by selecting the toggle switches below their name (Seen in the Image Below)
