Discord Support Roles

Discord Roles are the roles that staff use when assisting in a ticket. They require the roles to allow them to do such things like -rename, -add, -remove, -transcript, -translate and so on. Let me show you how to set them up, and add access.

We also allow have the ability for staff accounts on the Web Panel (not Discord related, but access to the panel); https://panel.helper.gg/ the guide for this is below;

Discord Support Roles

In the Helper.gg panel you can set 2 Staff Roles, by default, these are ticket-support and ticket-manage. To change these roles go to "Modify Variables" (seen in the Image Below) scroll down, and you should see "Support Role 1" and "Support Role 2". You can put either a Role name, or a Role ID, e.g Staff or 602940079299756070 (we recommend you set an ID)

Helper.gg allows full customisation on what the two Staff Roles can do within your Discord Server, allowing you true customisation; to modify what the roles can do, go to the "Commands" Tab (seen in the Image Below).

To modify if a staff role can perform that command, click the "Modify" button below the command that you want to modify. (Seen in the Image Below)

Finally, Scroll down and find where it says "Ticket {command} Role 1" and "Ticket {command} Role 2" to disable that role from using this command, set the value to "False" to Enable them to use this, set the value to "True" (Seen in the Image Below)
