What is the SClose command?
As a bot; we provide the default -close, although we extended our reach with "-sclose" which gives the ability to shadow close a ticket. Below is an example of a Shadow Closed ticket;
-sclose will remove the user creator (and any added users) from the ticket. Then display you with the above embed. You can change what the embed says if required but I am sure the default will be perfectly fine.
If you do wish to change them; you can via the panel at https://panel.helper.gg/ under "sclose" command.
