Add/Remove

What is the Add/Remove command?

We allow the ability to add and remove users from Tickets. Useful if you need to remove staff members or you need to add another user for a multiple-discussion. This also works from outside the ticket by putting the channel in the command.

$ -add @USER or -remove @USER or -add #ticket-27 @USER or -remove #ticket-27 @USER

Currently you can not add a role or remove a role - and this only applies to users.
