Rename

What is the Rename command?

As you can tell we offer a vast amount of features from within a ticket. The ability to change where the ticket sites, who is in the ticket and so on. We also feature the ability to rename a ticket. By making it possible to change the name of a ticket from "ticket-27" to "ichangedaticket-27", for example, we allow for even better organization without the need to check tickets continuously.

$ -rename (newname) = -rename ichangedaticket

This is used by larger servers to allocate tickets to people, and to organize by issue type.
