How do you view tickets via the panel?
We provide 24/7 unlimited-access to tickets, all past and currently open tickets. All via a panel with no-loading times. You can message back via the panel, run commands and close tickets all via a the ticket option. Go to our website:
Click on "View Tickets" once logged into the panel;
Due to Discord's Developer Terms of Service we are unable to store ticket data for longer than 30 days. Therefore you will only see tickets that are NOT older than 30 days. Don't worry we have transcripts. Free users can have automatic transcripts sent to CHANNEL with a .html file attached on a closure of a ticket.
Premium Users can have email transcripts as well, so an email (you set) is sent an email every time a ticket is closed with the transcript and information about the ticket.
This helps ensure you have your ticket data in-case you ever need it.
