What is the Close command?

As a Ticket Bot - one of our main commands is having the ability to close the tickets created via the ticket creation command. By default the command is "-close" and is completely changeable via the panel. As an added benefit, we also have timed close (the ability to close a ticket automatically after a period of time set in minutes/hours/days) - this is a Premium feature.

$ -close 2m/h/d (2m = 2 minutes, 2h = 2 hours, 3d = 3 days)

We also have Closed Confirm (for default close so you can confirm you want the ticket closed) - this can be disabled via the Panel for non-Premium members. You can also enable it so a message stops closed time in-case the user has another question.
