What is the Transcript command?

Providing a service to users can be difficult, which is why Helper.gg exists. We want to make supporting your customers easier than making a cup of tea (or coffee if you swing that way) - which is why we added the ability to make transcripts. Rather than sending a .txt file we create a .html file and send the link to access the transcript directly after requesting a transcript. All transcripts are saved for three days and delete after.

$ -transcript 27 or ticket-27

We will in the future allow custom domains - but for the time being it will be transcripts.helper.gg/id/id
