How do you modify variables via the panel?
We provide 24/7 access to modify and change variables via the panel. Every aspect of the bot can be modified and changed to your liking. Changes on the panel may take a few minutes to replicate over our servers. If you load up, and log into the following link;
You have the ability to edit variables that affect the whole bot, and variables that impact Tickets (to allow expansion in the future), you will see the following;
Under "Server Management" you will see "Modify Variables" -> These are the settings that affect the BOT as a whole.
If you wish to change the ticket bot based features under "Tickets" you see "Commands" and "Ticket Tags" -> Which allow you to change the Ticket Bot features instead.
